01. Physical properties of ink
Odor: low odor;
Viscosity: 5-7 mPa.s (25±1°C)
Surface tension: 25-30 mN/m
Flash point: 170 °F (open flash point)
Incompatible materials: oxides and strong acids;
Water soluble: insoluble in water.

02. Application materials
LED-UV Neutral Type of ink can be printed on both hard and soft materials, like metal, ceramic, acrylic, glass, KT materials, Silicone, PVC and leather . Some hard materials need to be coated layers for better performance.

04. Packing Specifications
1. Packing capacity: 200ml ink cartridge, 600ml ink bag, 500ml or 1L bottle,
2. Uniform use the round black bottle with black caps or use customer-requested packaging;
3, storage conditions: temperature 5-40 ° C, humidity 40-85%
4. Avoid : light, heat and steam;

05. Storage conditions and personal protection
1. Store in a black and closed container. Store in cool and dry place. Away from direct sunlight and fire.
2, Avoid skin touch with uncured ink; if you accidentally get into the skin, first wipe with a cloth or tissue, then wash with soap.
3. If your skin allergic, please go to the hospital in ASAP(for product main ingredient information, please refer to product MSDS)
06. Shelf life
1. C/M/Y/K/LC/LM/GO: 1 Year, White color: 6 month.
2. After opened , kept in dark and cool conditions, and used within 1 month.
07. Instructions for use
Before using the ink, please must use our cleaner to clean the printer, and then load the ink on the machine to start printing. Please note, can’t use the other liquid to clean the tubes except our UV cleaner.
2. Before load the ink on machine, please stir it evenly.
3, Printing on different materials, please keep the materials clean and dry before printing. If you change the new materials, please do the sample test to confirm the printing effect at first. For glass, stainless steel and other glossy materials, please use with coating.
4, UV ink is highly corrosive, please choose corrosion-resistant printing accessories, like tubes, ink bags and oily Printhead.
5, Epson LED series products are recommended to use at (temperature 18-35 ° C, humidity 40-70%) for best print results

1. Our product meet the requirements of the Toxic Materials Management Law;
2. The EU 67/548/EEC and 199/45/EC are not listed as dangerous goods.
